Founded in 1992, the Australian Rodeo Queen Quest Inc. has grown into a vibrant and empowering initiative that celebrates women in rodeo. Originally known as the National Rodeo Queen Quest of Australia, it quickly gained momentum after being embraced by the National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA), which recognised its potential to connect a new generation of young women with the sport’s rich heritage.
At its core, the Quest is more than just a title — it’s a launchpad. It provides young women, particularly those from rural and regional areas, with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build lifelong friendships, and represent the sport they love at both national and international levels. Many past entrants have gone on to discover strengths they never knew they had, forging exciting new paths in their careers and personal lives.
